SMS/Text Messaging Consent

Your phone number is collected in the following locations:

• Registration Form: When you create an account at register.php, you provide your phone number in the "Phone Number" field.
• Profile Settings: When you update your profile information in your account settings.
• Google Registration: When completing registration via Google OAuth, you provide your phone number during account setup.

Important: SMS consent is collected directly in the registration form right next to where you enter your phone number. The consent checkbox appears immediately below the phone number input field.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox in the registration form (located directly below the phone number field), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from LuggageTribe regarding:

• Account notifications: Login alerts, password resets, account updates
• Booking updates: Trip confirmations, status changes, delivery notifications
• Transaction alerts: Payment confirmations, payout notifications
• Service updates: Important service announcements and reminders

Note: SMS consent is optional and you can create an account without providing consent. Consent is not required to use LuggageTribe services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and bookings. You may receive messages daily, weekly, or as needed for your account and transactions.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. LuggageTribe does not charge for these messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also opt-out from your account settings page.
